A Federation Forces prototype mobile suit secretly developed for ground combat.
This highly experimental machine was designed to gather data on anti-MS melee combat, and it omits features such as the Core Block system adopted in the RX-78, dramatically reducing its weight for the sake of maximum speed and maneuverability.
Its armament consists primarily of easy-to-handle projectile weapons, as well as special beam daggers that boast high output despite their limited reach.
In addition to this close-quarters loadout, the machine has a special coating that gives it some stealth capability.
Three units were produced, with the second scheduled for assignment to the White Base.
Due to enemy interference, however, it never reached its destination.
