A version of the Zeta Gundam constructed by Anaheim Electronics for the resistance group Karaba, who were considering the purchase of transformable mobile suits for atmospheric use.
Based on the highly versatile Zeta Gundam, this machine can change into a waverider form with increased mobility, which can enter the atmosphere on its own and function as an SFS (Sub Flight System) in joint operations with other machines.
Karaba also requested the preparation of an optional booster, which extends the machine's cruising range and enables it to reach the operation area more quickly.
This allows it to reach any area on Earth within the minimum possible time.
Incidentally, the number in its name means that this is the third version of the machine, rather than the third unit produced.
