It has "achieved the maximum performance mobile suits are capable of at the present point in time (U.C.0123)."
Its entire structure, from basic frame to armor, is densely packed, and its Biosensor measures pilot skill, enabling it to fully demonstrate its capabilities.

A young man in the resistance.
He is the protagonist of Mobile Suit Gundam F91.
He was an ordinary high school student living on the newly established colony Frontier IV until the Crossbone Vanguard attacked and he escaped with his friends.
Afterwards, he took refuge aboard the training ship Space Ark, the base of the resistance, and became the pilot of its prototype mobile suit Gundam F91.
