A Mobile Fighter developed by Neo Japan for the 13th Gundam Final Fight.
This unit has all 11-months of tournament data of the Shining Gundam embedded into it, and its performance under normal condition matches up to the Shining Gundam's super mode.
Various parts and manipulators have been modified and improved, as well as the linkage with the pilot, Domon Kasshu, to achieve a higher accuracy of reflecting Domon's combat ability and style.
One of the greatest features, Hyper Mode, is activated by using the energy multiplier that amplifies the pilot's spirits and allows them to concentrate their energy.
When activated, the unit can perform its final move, Erupting Burning Finger, and The School of Master Asia's ultimate move, Sekiha Tenkyoken.

A Gundam Fighter representing Neo Japan in the 13th Gundam Fight.
He participated in the tournament in search of his brother, Kyoji Kasshu, who stole the Ultimate Gundam and escaped to Earth.
It was also the reason their father is sentenced to indefinite frozen imprisonment.
He is also a colonial martial arts champion and a disciple who inherited The School of Master Asia and King of Hearts, one of the Shuffle's emblems, from Master Asia, Undefeated of the East.
To achieve his goals, he took selfish actions without considering his surroundings and let his emotions get the better of him.
However, during his time in the Gundam Fight, he gained new friendships, overcame obstacles and learned from the tragedies that came one after another. He matured as both a Gundam Fighter and a human being.
