A high-performance Gundam-type mobile suit, developed at the Augusta base on Earth as part of the Federation Forces' next-generation development plan known as the G-4 Project.
Its drive and control systems incorporate the very latest technology for use by Newtypes.
The entire drive system uses magnet coating technology, and a panoramic monitor provides a wider field of view during visual-range combat.
It also features a linear seat that reduces damage from impact and vibration, reducing the strain on the pilot.
Originally, this machine was slated for assignment to the 13th Independent Unit, rumored to be a Newtype corps.
However, it was attacked by a Zeon special forces team during its final testing, resulting in its partial destruction and preventing its deployment.
