The Meister of the Gundam Rasiel, he is an Innovade in charge of recruiting new Gundam Meisters.
He sports sunglasses, long black hair, and has a serious personality. In addition to gathering information, he is highly proficient at both Mobile Suit and hand-to-hand combat.
He contributed to the efforts to recruit talented Gundam Meisters like Neil Dylandy and Allelujah Haptism.
