Under the FSWS Project, new developments were being aggressively pursued even for mobile suit weapons.
From these efforts, the Frame Launcher, a composite weapon formed by combining a gatling gun with a missile launcher, became the Heavy Gundam's main weapon.
In addition, a new beam rifle and hyper bazooka were also developed.
