A functional test machine assigned to the Titans' T3 test corps.
Based on a GM Quel with a Gundam head, it was developed to test its psychological impact on Zeon remnants.
The basic frame was that of the GM Quel with various parts replaced and reinforced, such as an enhanced backpack and movable booster pod, as well as enhanced thrusters in its legs.
Other key features included a shield booster which combined the roles of shield, thruster, and propellant tank, and an experimental beam rifle that used energy packs.
As an experimental machine, it included a variety of elements, and was said to have potential rivaling that of RX-type mobile suits.
